Visit location: LESSAY, Fromagerie Reaux . 
Hand moulded Camembert du Normandy, Guided visit
Degustation of products.

Mechanised production of AOC Livarot (washed rind cheese)
Visit location: VIMOUTIERS on route to Loire valley, photo stop Marie Harel Statue (reputed as creator of Camembert cheese)

Visit location: VIERZON,  Chevrerie du Bois, Cherriot. 

Producers of goats milk cheeses, Pyramids, crottins, ronds de Vierzon, buches. 

Guided visit and degustation of products.

 

Visit location: FOECY Earl de la Chenaie, 

producers of poultry, chickens, Guinea fowl, fois gras, confits, pates, rillettes. 

Guided visit and degustation of products.

 

Visit Location: VOUVRAY wine cellar visit and degustation

Friday 23 May 

Visit location: CHANTILLON EN DUNOIS, Ferme du Tremblay,
Producers of Cows milk cheese
Fromage blanc, Blue, Le Cendre, Tomme, Fromage a Poivre

 

Visit location: ARROU, Ferme Auberge de la Marmite, including lunch. 
Products: Porc (organic) and charcuterie, beef, cider, aperitif, organic jam.

Travel to Paris

AOC Brie de Meaux ,  degustation of 3 cheese types with local breads and Bordeaux wine

 

Visit to EPERNAY, Champagne cellar visit with degustation.

Visit: de la Biscuiterie Fossier and degustation
